What are your store hours?
We are open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Last wash is at 10:30 p.m.
Is there someone there to help me?
Yes, we are fully attended from 7am-11pm so there is always someone there to answer any questions.
Do you have large washing machines?
Yes, we have both 60 pound and 80 pound machines to handle all of your laundry needs.
How do I sign up for the pickup & delivery service?
You simply click on Schedule a Pickup and fill in your information.
How does it work?
Once you create an account you can sign up for a pickup and delivery either by request or you can sign up for weekly service.
What is the turnaround time?
We will get your clothes back to you in 24 hours.
Is there a contract or long term agreement required?
No there is not. You can cancel at any time.
What do I put my laundry in?
Just put your laundry in a bag or purchase a laundry bag from us.
Where do I leave my laundry?
When you set up your account you tell us where you are going to leave your laundry for our driver to find it. You do not need to be home at time of pickup or drop off.
Can I put my pickup and delivery on hold if I go out of town?
Yes, give us a call and we will suspend service while you are gone.
What detergents, softeners, dry sheets do you offer?
We offer a variety of detergents and fabric softeners. Call the store for more information.
Can I tell you how I want my laundry done?
Yes, you can let us know your preferences and we will do your laundry the way you want it. Some additional charges may apply, see an attendant for details.
Will my clothes be washed with other people's?
No, we wash everyone's clothes separately.
